2017, what can we say… it was nice knowing ya! 2018 is looking brighter and better than ever, but before we get ahead of ourselves, we’d like to reminisce on the top moments for Gringo’s & Jimmy Changas in 2017. Jonathan Kim was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ybarra Franchising Group, LLC.

We brought people together during Valentine’s, selling over 6,700 chocolate covered strawberries.

Rebecca Roses shook things up with Maggie in the Mornings for National Margarita Day. 

Summer was extra sweet with the creation of our 3 new Poptail drinks – Sangria Fresca, Mangonada ‘Rita and Pineapple Mojito. They easily became quite POP-ular with our guests!

Guests took to the photo booth, enjoyed margarita specials & partied like there was no mañana for Cinco De Mayo! 

The Texas Tango made its debut, securing a spot on the menu.

Gringo’s brought Tex-Mex to The Woodlands with our 11th location – the 5th franchise location for the Perkins Team.

Gringo’s La Porte hosted the “Tex-Mex for Kraatz” event to support Officer Jason Kraatz. The night was a huge success, raising $10,944.65!

Guests purchased t-shirts, margaritas and pumpkin pin-ups totaling a donation of over $215,544 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
