SANITATION

While our restaurants follow numerous health and safety procedures daily, we want you to know that we’re taking extra steps within our restaurants in which we prepare and deliver delicious Tex-Mex to you.  The following measures are the main focus and topic of communication at our restaurants:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all major touchpoints — door handles, computer monitors, check presenters and frequently used surfaces. 
  • Our Team Members will continue to wear plastic gloves when preparing any food, delivering and/or curbside, changing gloves frequently.
  • We are closely monitoring the health of our Team Members, encouraging our team to stay home if they experience any signs of illness. 

We are actively following guidelines and recommendations suggested by our sanitation partner, Ecolab, a global leader in hygiene and sanitation services as well as following the protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  As the CDC updates their recommendations, we will change our process and procedures to follow.
