Account and Contact Information
When you create or maintain a Tex-Mex Insider account, we may collect information such as:

Payment Information and QuickPay
When you place an order through the Tex-Mex Insider application, you may enter payment-card information to pay for your transaction.
The application also allows users to save a payment method for use with QuickPay.
Payment information may be processed by Paytronix Systems, Inc. and/or payment-processing service providers for purposes such as authorizing and processing transactions, maintaining saved-payment functionality, preventing fraud, processing refunds, and supporting orders.
We may receive transaction-related information associated with your payment and purchase as necessary to maintain order, loyalty, financial, fraud-prevention, and customer-service records.
Location Information
The Tex-Mex Insider application may collect precise or approximate location information from your mobile device if you grant the applicable permission through your device’s operating system.
Location information may be used to:

assist with restaurant or store selection;

support location-related app functionality;
-
personalize your experience;

provide relevant offers or marketing; and

support the operation and improvement of the Services.

6. Paytronix Systems, Inc.
We use Paytronix Systems, Inc. (“Paytronix”) as a service provider in connection with Tex-Mex Insider.
Paytronix provides technology and services supporting functions such as the Tex-Mex Insider mobile application, loyalty and rewards program, account management, transaction processing, online ordering, payment functionality, marketing communications, analytics, and related services.
In providing these services on our behalf, Paytronix may process personal information associated with Tex-Mex Insider and the Services, including account and contact information, loyalty identifiers, purchase and transaction information, application and device information, location information where authorized, communication preferences, and information necessary to process orders and payments.
Paytronix and other service providers may use subcontractors or additional service providers as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
We expect service providers that process personal information on our behalf to maintain appropriate safeguards and to process personal information consistently with their contractual and legal obligations.

Account Information
You may review and modify certain Tex-Mex Insider account information through the application.
The Edit Account section currently allows users to manage information including name, address, city, state, country, telephone number, email marketing preference, and favorite store. Certain account information, including birthday information, may not be directly editable through the application.
You may contact us if you believe account information that you cannot edit is inaccurate.
Promotional Email
If you no longer wish to receive promotional email communications, you may:

change your email preference through your Tex-Mex Insider account;

use the unsubscribe mechanism contained in a promotional email; or

Opting out of promotional email does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to administer your account, orders, transactions, security, or other non-promotional matters.

Tracking Permissions
Where the application requests permission to engage in tracking subject to your mobile operating system’s permission framework, you may decline that permission or change your choice through your device’s privacy settings.

9. Account Deletion
Tex-Mex Insider users may initiate deletion of their account from within the application by navigating to:

Account deletion is intended to delete the Tex-Mex Insider account and personal information associated with the account that we are not required or permitted to retain.
Deletion may result in the loss of access to the account and may result in the loss of unused rewards, points, offers, account history, or other loyalty benefits, subject to applicable program terms.
We or our service providers may retain information after an account-deletion request when reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as:
