Can I place an order online or fax?
To ensure 100% accuracy on orders, we currently offer only telephone orders for take-out. We highly encourage our Take-Out services for small and large groups. Plus, we guarantee the same high quality products you would receive while dining in. View our menus and options.
Can I get the recipe for my favorite dish?
We appreciate your interest in preparing our great tasting food at home, but all our recipes are proprietary. You can always place a Gringo’s
Take-Out order and enjoy it at home.
Do any of your locations take Reservations or Call Ahead Seating?
We seat all guests on a first-come, first-serve basis; however, some locations do offer Private Dining Rooms that may be reserved for parties of 15 guests or more.
Is nutritional information available for your menu items?
We agree and realize that nutritional information is important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle; however, due to our menu items being cooked to order with fresh ingredients, exact measurements would be inaccurate and are therefore unavailable. Does Gringo's issue discount coupons to individuals or groups?
Our philosophy is to serve the highest quality ingredients at the lowest price possible. In order to do this consistently, we do not offer discount coupons.
Are Senior or Military discounts available?
As much as we appreciate our senior and military patrons, Gringo’s doesn’t currently offer discounts.
I lost my gift card. Is there anything that can be done to replace it?
If the card is lost or stolen, the remaining balance can be reissued to a new card only when the original purchase receipt accompanies notification. The cards value will not be redeemed for cash.
Do you accommodate tables of 12 or more?
To provide the best dining experience for all our guests, most locations do not accommodate tables larger than 12 guests. For parties larger than 12, we recommend splitting your group into smaller tables, or looking into reserving one of our Private Dining Rooms.
Do you seat incomplete parties?
In order to best serve all our guests, we do not seat incomplete parties. We ask for 100% of the party be present before your table is prepared and sat. This policy helps ensure accurate quote times for all waiting patrons, plus decreases the number of open tables in our dining room.
We recommend asking your entire party to arrive at the requested time in order for our associates to seat your group in the most efficient manner.
